Parking meter app!

Cape May - Parking meter app! I am a senior citizen and rarely go out during the season, unless it is before 10 a.m. Last summer I needed gifts, rode around for 20 minutes looking for a space to park at a kiosk, meter or free. Nothing. I finally walked from Columbia near the water tower. I try to buy local. No more. With the sun and sun glasses on, I can’t seem to figure out using my phone to park, plus the extra fee for the app. Online retail will win out here! Sorry CM merchants.
