Cape May County - 13 years ago President Obama's Department of Education threatened to withhold federal funding from colleges that did not give preference to accusers, mainly female, in campus hearings on sexual assaults, by lowering evidence standards, eliminating lawyers for the accused and putting one official in charge of investigating and decision making. President Trump gave students their legal rights back. Next Month, just like Obama, Biden wants to remove those rights from students again and deprive them of representation. They apparently now want to railroad students too, like they’re doing to Trump.
