Sea Isle City - If you don't want to have an abortion, then don't. But stop forcing your beliefs on the rest of us. The whole "pursuit of happiness" part of the Declaration of Independence, aspires to individual "rights" being guaranteed and if that pursuit of happiness for some, entails having an abortion for their personal beliefs and happiness, then so be it. Otherwise, go live in a theocratic country.
So yeah, it is a human right we decided to aspire towards, when we declared independence from a monarchy. The courts recognized it as such and now have stripped us of it.
