Diamond Beach - We were at the Cape May Washington Street Mall on Sunday and I was quite annoyed to see many people with there dogs there. There are at least 3 signs on the mall that say “No Bicycle, No Dogs, And No Skateboards. We have been over there several times over the years and people just ignore the rules. The dogs start barking and they go after other dogs and it can be very unsettling. These were not service dogs. I have no problem with them . I’ve also seen dogs in stores and at restaurants. We are in society right now where many people won’t follow the rules. Please be considerate of other people
