After reading the article in the Herald regarding the violations

Sea Isle City - After reading the article in the Herald regarding the violations that occurred in Avalon, maybe Sea Isle Mayor, Council and Administration should look into the beach front properties and those on the promenade. As quoted in the article “ Disturbance of the vegetation, even on the hill between the house and the road, would likely be considered a regulated activity by the state as they would consider that hill as part of the dune system,” the environmental consultant wrote in the email”. Look at those houses on the promenade and what they are doing to them.
