West Wildwood - Trump attended the wake of fallen NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller on Thursday, telling the crowd of media outside afterward, “Police are the greatest people.” On January 6, 2021, while Capitol police were being beaten by his supporters, Trump was nowhere to be found. He didn’t say a word about the fallen cops. If Trump truly wanted to pay his respects to the Diller family he could’ve done it quietly and not had his cronies notify the media that he was going to be there.
