Cape May - In reference to the Del Haven spouter citing SCOTUS's reference to the 14th Amendment "privacy right" justifying Roe v. Wade: That is indeed what SCOTUS said, but its a stretch since the word "privacy" appears nowhere in the 14th Amendment. However, the Declaration of Independence explicitly says that this country was founded on the premise that everyone has the right to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."
