Cape May County - Superintendent Moscony of Cape May County Tech/Special Services is the highest paid school superintendent in Cape May County at $195,000+ which is around $25,000 more than the National Average. She doesn’t even live in Cape May County and many that she has hired also do not live here. I have a real problem with all my tax dollars leaving the county! Why do the County commissioners just let this happen?
