I think Wildwood City needs a Clean up the city program with cod

Wildwood - I think Wildwood City needs a Clean up the city program with code enforcement and public works taking the lead. The city needs to identify trashed properties and notify the owners to clean them up. Clean up any visible trash and construction debris. Property owners need to fix broken windows on commercial properties. Landlords need to make sure their rental properties are kept clean outside. If there is no compliance fine the owners and have public works cleanup what can be seen from the sidewalk and bill the owners just like with over grown lawns.
