Scanning through the CMC, resolutions for hires & current county

Cape May County - Scanning through the CMC, resolutions for hires & current county employees how sad that new hires are given 6 figure salaries. What makes them so, deserving of that position/salary? For,some part not having any knowledge of said, department but,one who all ready collects a pension & of course someone that knows someone. Sure there are employees who have the knowledge of those departments but,not given the opportunity. All retirees should do just that; stay retired & give to the employees who have been here the position & salary afforded you.
