Cape May County - Brief Synopsis of Recent Events: Special counsel investigating Biden said essentially he can’t be prosecuted because of diminished capacity, despite having documents everywhere illegally and unsecured. Biden apparently took offense at the characterization of being cognitively declined, called a press conference, and immediately confused the leaders of Egypt and Mexico. Several day ago he spoke of a conversation with French leader Mitterrand recently, but Mitterrand died in 1996. Democrats are slightly concerned.
