I just read the bullet points of the Senate border security bill

Cold Spring - I just read the bullet points of the Senate border security bill and it looked OK until I read, they would allow up to 5,000 illegals to cross per day and the President could wave it to allow more if there was a special reason. Why not zero illegal crossings and no waivers, then it would be a good bill.
