Lower Township - Please tell me the related section of Fishing Creek Road, between Breakwater and Bayshore, is not the finished job. It is dimpled and bumpy, like applying silk ribbon over washboard. This is not a job a contractor should be proud of, and hopefully the bill hasn't been paid in full.
