Rio Grande - What is up with the roads on 3rd through 5th avenues, and Pennsylvania and Walsh avenues? There are more patch jobs and bumps, it looks like an off-road test track. Puddles of water make a great breeding ground for mosquitoes. Manhole covers are higher than the roads, and dips almost swallow your cars. The road behind Burger King looks like the town dump! You take our taxes and then forget about us. You should be ashamed of yourselves, road department officials.
