North Cape May - Re: Use of Star of the Sea school for homeless, who will feed them, wash the sheets, clean the bathrooms? This is a problem that began when the state closed the state institutions and threw mental and severely addicted patients out on the street. As a nation and as a state, we must tackle this issue. We never voted to close those institutions, but politicians did it anyway. Why?
