Cape May - It's perilous for pedestrians in Cape May particularly in the marina district. Bicycles have taken over the sidewalks. While walking, I've been hit from behind and in front by bikes, told to move out of the way and forced into the street so bikes could pass. Is there anything that can be done to return the sidewalks to the walkers?
