Phila/sea isle - I went to City Hall to pay my bills and found that their extended hours are 8:30 to 4:30. What’s so extended about those hours? How do those hours help the public? I called to ask what late night they are open and was told the building doors were open 8:30 to 4:30 to the public but the employees work 8:00 to 5:00. If the employees are there those hours why aren’t they available to the public for those hours? How does that benefit the taxpayers?
