Why is it that Sea Isle Police don't have more officers on patro

Sea Isle City - Why is it that Sea Isle Police don't have more officers on patrol? Any given off season night there are only two officers on patrol- at times one of those is a SLEO II, and a dispatcher- that's it. During the day there are nearly 10 in the station "working". Is there a crime ring going on in the station? Robbing the city of tax dollars it sure seems like...
