Cape May / Wildwood Crest - Brought friends to Cape May for the first time and parked on Stockton Place near the church parking lot. It appeared to be a slum. Houses not painted, junk in yards, cars overflowing a vacant lot, and then as we walked up to the beautiful Convention Center there was a dumpster overflowing with garbage and open trash bags with garbage all over the street. What has happened to Cape May?
