Villas - If EV cars are anything like putting solar on your roof, beware. Finally got the approval to go solar, but didn’t tell me until 6 months later, AC or solar company. Then try to get the incentives that were promised, finally after a year the solar company submitted the paperwork to clean energy. I had to take the forms to an attorney to make sure it’s filled out right, even he hadn’t heard much about this program. It’s still going on, would never do Solar again, doesn’t save much money. They need to perfect the complicated matters, charging and price.
