Cape May County - Something in this county has to be done in reference to traffic violations, including those riding bicycles and motorized scooters. I witnessed an accident last night. An elderly man riding his bike on the wrong side and a car that didn't see him as he pulled into a store parking lot. Two wrongs! When will the police do their job in this county, it's pathetic! Writing a ticket isn't always the answer, you can educate ppl when you pull them over to what they're doing wrong and the ramifications! Especially, these young ones with wheels up in the air!
