I am a little confused about the "vote republican " add in the H

Court House - I am a little confused about the "vote republican " add in the Herald. It says republicans support parental rights, I guess just not women's rights. It says they believe in law and order I guess just not on January 6th? It also says they support law enforcement but aren't they the ones trying to dismantle the FBI and discredit the CIA? Last but not least, republicans are fiscally conservative? Wasn't the largest deficit in the nation's history during a republican administration? Please clarify.
