Wildwood Crest - Would someone please tell me who these illegal immigrants are that are getting free housing, phones etc I keep hearing about? Who and where do these things get passed out? Are people actually getting free stuff because I keep hearing about it but I haven't actually seen it. Has anyone seen it for real or just heard about it?

According to AP, Customs enforcement does give some immigrants phones which can only be used to access an app called SmartLink and it is used to monitor people after they cross the border. The phones cannot be used to browse the internet, make unauthorized calls or access apps other than SmartLink.
