Court House - Micromanaging is not managing, constantly looking over an employee’s shoulder to see if their work is done or when it will be done, is harassment. Everyone doesn’t learn the same way. You must not enough to do if you are constantly questioning where employees are! County officials ,this is not a good way to keep good people.
