Wildwood - The city needs to be cleaned up and needs to pursue new business locating in the city. Maybe they should get higher end outlet-type stores for Pacific Ave. The old warehouse stores on Pacific Ave. have to go. The proposed ice rink lot and the locations of the two warehouse stores, which are not retail stores, would be perfect for outlet shopping, which would generate taxable income all year long.
