Court House - I was at a Rio Grande shopping center today and I had to step over a homeless person sleeping on the sidewalk in front of a store. I didn’t feel safe and will shop elsewhere. If local officials won’t clean this up, maybe a decrease in business will get the merchants to exert pressure.
