Stone Harbor - Q: We are closing down “dirty” power generating facilities. Ocean wind was supposed to replace that lost capacity. So what is the plan now? We need a plan NOW! It takes years to permit and build these facilities and no matter what the answer is somebody won’t like it. Wake up and get ready to pay a lot for electricity! Infrastructure is expensive but critical to our future. All solutions involve trade-offs. Doing nothing is not an option.
