Stone Harbor - Why don’t they put a chip, like what they would use on dogs, on convicted killers. It sure would be a lot less expensive than the 500 plus law enforcement officers and the upheaval to businesses, schools, and homeowners. Let’s not inconvenience the criminal, just the law abiding citizens who pay for this.
