Seaville - I agree with a spouter from Avalon. I am tired of servers who whine and think they are automatically entitled to 18 percent of my bill. Then they brag how they under-report their income to the government. Their job is to "serve." If they perform well, they should be tipped well. If they perform poorly, they should be tipped poorly (if at all). If they don't like the conditions of their employment, they can get a job where they have to pay taxes on all their income.
