Del Haven - We just had our municipal water installed in April. 1,600 dollars for “hook up” 2,400 dollars to have it serviced to the house. We just got our first water bill 175.00 dollars a quarter. We get 10,000 gallons of water for that. If we use a thousand gallons of water it’s still a 175$. Where’s our incentive to conserve water?
