Cape May - The school board has questions about the Nature Trail. So do I. To quote the Engineer, "The nature trail would have entrances from the street end and the elementary school with a locked gate." I understand security for the school. Will the street entrance be open to the public? Will Lafayette Park ever be completed so that the citizens can enjoy all the plans for it. It has only been ten years.
