I wish code enforcement would do something about people leaving

Wildwood Crest - I wish code enforcement would do something about people leaving on a Sunday and putting their trash and recyclables out and their collection is the end of the week.Makes the island look undesirable and trashy. They should take the time to drop off at the dump.
