Cape May - The Spouter who claims Elmira St biking is unsafe is 100% correct. Leaving West Cape May on the west side of the street, a bike lane that ends with no warning, no sidewalk , and the narrow grass path is completely cramped with huge metal electrical poles. With all of the distracted driving these days, someone is bound to get hit. Funny how the City of Cape May claims how bike friendly it is and there is eminent danger on the gate ways of the City. Removing the parking spaces is feasible, as mentioned in the previous Spouter's comments, every one of the properties has off street parking.
