These bikes have speeds than can exceed 30 mph. Definitely unsafe. Next, go after the State of New Jersey for not requiring these riders to be licensed. Pretty sure the driver of the bike was on a cell phone, so let's sue the cell phone maker and provider. Next, blame it on Trump. He gets blamed for everything.
