Stone Harbor - Underground power lines on 95th Street in Stone Harbor: Does anyone know who is paying for the lines to be run down 95th St. from Sunset to 3rd? Is it a coincidence that the primary mayor candidate lives in that block? Has the power company publically stated they were paying the cost or is the town doing it to placate the " lawsuit group?"
