Wildwood - The solution to the rowdy kid problem is not complicated. Instead of closing the beach and banning back packs etc how about going back to letting cops lock up law breakers? When I was a kid if you broke the law you were in real trouble, now they give warnings and we all know kids are really afraid of a warning.
