Fort Benning’s name has been changed to Fort Moore.

Stone Harbor - Fort Benning’s name has been changed to Fort Moore. Benning was a Confederate General who supported slavery. New name is of a married couple; husband a successful/heroic military commander in Vietnam and wife being honored for the sacrifices military spouses made to support their husbands military service; great move and good idea. Good Riddances to Benning and anyone else who tried to support slavery or destroy America.
