Cape May - The Marine that subdued a criminal that was terrorizing passengers in a NYC subway is being charged with manslaughter. I am glad he didn't turn a blind eye to the threats the man was making. More people need to get involved instead of letting criminals run rabid in our cities and elsewhere.
