Open the contracts for our police and fire fighters so that we stop loosing them to other deapartments that pay more in the 1st year on up. How can anyone live on the low 30 to 50 thousand for the hours and things they have to do. Other departments start at in the 60 thousand. Tax payers pay for their training and they go elsewhere. Can the politicians live on $50 thousand and buy a house and support a family.
