Cape May - A spouter said that lawmakers around the country wrote more than 20 bills trying to ban transgender athletes from girls sports. The spouter then went on to say not one bill was written to help reading skills in children. Let's set aside the transgender issue for a moment. I would love to know what bill will help children approve their literacy skills. The only law I can think of to help children read is the one making English the official language of the US.
