April construction vehicles on Beach Ave(Dr) may be for mammoth

Cape May - April construction vehicles on Beach Ave(Dr) may be for mammoth poles & loudspeaker installs jutting skyward from the dunes- from Convention Hall to Poverty? Hope poles don’t snap during waterspout storms that occur, like one that incredibly tossed 1 k lb lifeguard rowboat straight up in the air off the beach sand last summer at Jefferson.. Could a phone warning/announcement system(advanced technology)serve as reasonable method to warn beachgoers of incoming storms-instead of loudspeakers? Plus beachgoers may not want to listen to daily blared announcement on rules, tags etc. Well intended but…?
