Del Haven - Researchers calculated that the risk of a person in the U.S. dying in a mass shooting was 70 percent lower during the period in which the assault weapons ban was active(1994-2004). Let's do that again. Why are normal citizens against this? They could still have a handgun if they want personal protection. I just don't understand it.
