People crying about the project simply don't want to see the turbines from their beach houses, etc. and are using the dolphins as an excuse to stop the project. They complained about the new power line poles along Avalon Blvd. too. They were eyesores. Where were these people when the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel was being built?
