Lower Township - I request that the Herald please publish this factual information, and legitimate questions. On 2/27/23 New Jersey Democrats blocked a proposal by Republicans to pause offshore sonar scanning for 30 days to study the impact on whales and dolphins. Why do they block this reasonable request? Why is a party so concerned with the environment trying to get this wind farm done so quickly and not allowing this study? Whales and dolphins are a critical part of our environment, and government agreed in the past, because the first rallying cry for the environment was “Save the Whales” was it not?
