Stone Harbor - Can anyone explain to me why taxing the so called rich is always the answer to our out of control federal spending and debt. A 500k a year person now pays about 19k a year in Medicare tax. Another 1.2% will bring them to 25k a year. If we are going to raise the rate then raise it on all tax payers.
