Court House - According to an article I read in this paper, Cape May County's population is projected to decline just over 16 percent by the year 2040. I think in the past 10 years it has already declined that much or more. People can no longer afford to live here year-round with the lack of jobs. This is a depressed area and the line at Social Services on any given weekday is proof. As far as seasonal jobs go, most don't even last long enough for employees to qualify for unemployment in the fall/winter months. There are no benefits living here unless you enjoy traffic congestion all summer.
