Well not just Fentanyl there is a new drug being added to the street drugs like heroin and counterfeit pills it is Xylazine it is a sedative and it is making parts of Philadelphia into a Zombie wasteland. That is the drugs that are coming here the addicts call it tranq dope does not respond as well to Narcan. The DEA needs to get working fast .
