Stone Harbor - The election results speak for themselves. The people of SH are tired of political hacks staying in office too long. Twenty years as mayor and 15 as councilman are way too long. We need a new voice and one that is open and trustworthy. We had 20 years of tax increases with last year an accounting game for the election. Reserves were used and then a $2 million bond floated. We have a $36 million debt and we do projects on the fly. We waste money endlessly and have no direction as to where the town is going. They served and now they get to retire. So be it.
