Cape May - Despite numerous signs all along the promenade, people are constantly walking their dogs and riding their bikes (after 10 a.m.) along the promenade. It's time for all Cape May City employees to enforce the regulations. Either enforce the rules or change them. I'm tired of dodging bikes and stepping around dog poop.
