Lower Township - I agree with a spout concerning the intersection at Route 9 and the Parkway. A very complicated design for what could have been easy. All that was needed was to bring Route 9 out straight to a standard intersection with a traffic light. Vehicles exiting Route 9 would just turn right to Cape May or left to north Parkway.
